At the Return Bar, you’ll find a friendly group of return specialists we call Returnistas. Show a Returnista your QR code to make your exchange or return.
Will I get my refund immediately?
Debit or credit card refunds are initiated immediately, and can take up to 3-5 business days to post to your account. (We may be experts in returns, but we haven't figured out how to control credit card companies... yet.) Gift cards and site credits are often immediately available.
Do I need a cardboard box and shipping label to return in-person?
No, no, no, no, no. Just bring the items you're exchanging or returning—and your QR code.
