I found the Return Bar. Now what?
At the Return Bar, you’ll find a friendly group of return specialists we call Returnistas. Give a Returnista your email address, QR code, or order number to make your exchange or return.
Will I get my refund immediately?
Debit or credit card refunds are initiated immediately, and can take up to 3-5 business days to post to your account. (We may be experts in returns, but we haven't figured out how to control credit card companies... yet.) Gift cards and site credits are often immediately available.
Do I need a cardboard box and shipping label to return in-person?
No, no, no, no, no. Just bring the items you're exchanging or returning—and your email, QR code, or order number.
How is Happy Returns more sustainable than returning by mail?
Cardboard shipping kills approximately one zillion-ish trees each year and wastes twice as many gallons of fuel. This is precisely why our eco-friendly process uses reusable packaging and aggregated shipping.
